After three weeks of declining prices, El Paso drivers are seeing the price of gasoline creeping higher again.

 
The average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gas was $3.044 on Friday, two-tenths of a penny higher than Thursday, according to AAA's daily survey of gasoline prices.

 
Las Cruces' average price fell to $3.168 a gallon from $3.181 on Thursday.

 
The Texas average was $2.85 on Friday, while the New Mexico average was $3.17.

 
The national average was $2.952 on Friday.
