Home is where the heart ... gets healthy?
Getting regular exercise is so important for your heart, but going to the gym isn't for everyone. If you loathe leaving the house to workout, why not bring the gym to the house? Do-it-yourself gyms are easy to put together, and they can be inexpensive too. The first step is determining what kind of workouts you like doing, and once you've established that, you can decide whether you really need a gym membership. For some, getting your heart in good shape can be achieved in the comfort of your own home with a DIY gym.

DIY gyms can be expensive, but they don't have to be. A few weights, some resistance bands, a exercise ball and a few fitness DVDs will do wonders for your heart and your health if you can stick to your exercise program.
